TO ALL MUTAMIREEN/HAJJIS:
In order for us to have all your visas issued in time for your departure we will appreciate it if you will adhere to the following:
- Passports, vaccination against yellow fever and meningitis certificate, together with 6 colour photos on white background must be handed to us as soon as possible.
- Husbands and wives with different surnames must give us a certified copy of the marriage certificate.
- Minors under 18 years travelling alone must have a mahram. Affidavit from both parents is required granting permission for the minor to travel with the appointed mahram.
- Married ladies travelling on their own must have an affidavit from their husbands giving them consent to travel with the appointed mahram.
- Any other ladies travelling on their own (widowed, single, divorced) must also have written consent from their respective mahram to travel with the appointed mahram.
- Once the affidavits are given to us we will endeavour to obtain the necessary documentation from an Ulema body such as MJC, Majlis Al Ashura etc as per the requirement of the Saudi Arabian Embassy so that we comply with the requirements of the Embassy. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the delay or refusal of your visa.
